CECIL HASSARD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / FOUNDER
Cecil has been working within the oil and gas industry for more than 40 years. As Founder and Chairman of the Board for CA Coil Solutions, Inc. his skills in manufacturing Oil & Gas stimulation and intervention equipment, Operations Management, Heavy Equipment, and Pump system designs which include, fluid, acid and cementing units led him to establishing Ranglar in 2016. He holds a Journeyman inter-provincial ticket focused in Millwright from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology
JASON CLARK
OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 25 years of experience, Jason’s career started in Fabrication where he achieved his B level welding certification while residing in British Columbia. After working his way up from an Apprentice, he obtained his Red Seal inter-provincial millwright certificate and worked in Mexico as well as other major basins across North America. Upon his return to Canada, Jason moved into Management positions, starting as a Service Manager, and moving into Operations and General Manager roles. Jason has high attention to detail, excels in problem solving, and has exceptional people skills. His industry knowledge and skillset are a great asset to the Ranglar team. On the weekends Jason can be found at the dirt bike track, camping, or spending time on his boat.
JEFF MACDONALD
TECHNICAL SALES
Jeff’s career began in Fabrication, progressing through roles leading him to a Red Seal Journeyman Certificate and eventually Supervisor and Manager positions. Following his Fabrication experience, he worked in Project Management and ultimately started in Technical Sales in 2013. Jeff is a great asset to our sales team, utilizing strong communication skills, leadership and management capabilities to establish strong business relationships. Starting with the company in 2013, Jeff brings over 20 years of industry knowledge specializing in Oil & Gas, Steel, Maintenance & Repair, and Project Management. Jeff’s hobbies include fly fishing, golfing and travelling – he has even gone as far as Bali & Thailand!
PURPOSE BUILT MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Our Calgary headquarters offer 104,689 square feet of space, housing our dedicated painting, engineering, fabrication and specialized design units.
Sitting on 11.77 acres, our industrial building has a separate paint booth building, sand blasting building and a 9,000 square foot warehouse attached. Our shop has various cranes, heavy power and make-up air throughout with 22 working bays attached.
